Replacement Eligibility:
Product Eligibility:
As a responsible brand, Adnanistore ensures that every product is received by the customer in its original, perfect condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a FREE replacement.
Timeframe:
You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this 3-day window, we are strictly unable to process any replacement requests.
Replacement Process:
Initiation:
To initiate a replacement, you must share a clear video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team via WhatsApp. Our team may provide guidance on product usage if the issue can be resolved without a return.
OPTION A:
We will ask you to ship the incorrect or damaged product in its original packaging (including the box and all accessories) to our designated warehouse. Within 2 working days of receipt, we will ship your replacement free of charge.
OPTION B:
We will schedule a courier to pick up the faulty item and provide you with a replacement simultaneously within 14 working days.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”.
